Delivery and Returns

Free delivery on all orders over £75 (inc. VAT). Next-day delivery available on most in-stock items. We deliver to all UK mainland addresses.

Next-day orders must be placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.

Delivery Area

We deliver to all UK mainland addresses via tracked courier service. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and other offshore or remote locations may take an additional 1–2 working days and may be subject to a small surcharge. Contact us before ordering if unsure.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also check your order status through your account on our website.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your delivery carefully upon receipt. If any items are damaged or missing, contact us within 48 hours so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and have not been installed or wired. You are responsible for the cost of returning non-faulty items.

Faulty Products

If a product is faulty or damaged on arrival, we will arrange a free collection and provide a replacement or full refund. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
