Delivery Information

Terelec delivers to addresses throughout the United Kingdom. We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, with next-day delivery available on most in-stock items.

Delivery Options

Standard Delivery (2–3 working days)
Free on orders over £75 (inc. VAT). Orders under £75 are charged at a flat rate of £5.95. Delivered via tracked courier service to your door.

Next-Day Delivery (1 working day)
Available for £8.95. Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM on a working day (Monday to Friday) to be dispatched the same day for next-day delivery. Next-day delivery is not available for orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays.

Dispatch and Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within one working day. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also track your order status through the Track My Order page on our website.

Delivery Area

We deliver to all UK mainland addresses. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, and other offshore locations may take an additional 1–2 working days and may be subject to a surcharge. Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether a surcharge applies to your postcode.

Missed Deliveries

If you are not available to receive your delivery, the courier will leave a card with instructions for rearranging delivery or collecting from a local depot. Terelec is not responsible for delays caused by failed delivery attempts due to the recipient being unavailable.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your delivery upon receipt. If any items are damaged or missing, contact us within 48 hours at info@terelec.co.uk or call +44 7777 175890 and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
