Returns Policy

At Terelec Technologies Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, please read the following policy carefully.

Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example, by email to info@terelec.co.uk or by phone on +44 7777 175890).

Conditions for Return

Products must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging, labels, and accessories intact. Items that have been installed, wired, or otherwise used cannot be accepted for return unless they are faulty. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a free collection and provide a replacement or full refund at your choice. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Trade Account Returns

Trade account customers may be subject to a restocking fee of 15% for non-faulty returns. Bespoke or special-order items are non-returnable unless faulty. Please contact your account manager to arrange trade returns.
